The Council on Aging is a non-profit organization providing services to seniors of Volusia County, Florida. The Council on Aging has been helping seniors deal with changes since 1967 and acts as a "gatekeeper" of most elder services in the surrounding communities.

DSIL offers peer counseling, education, and advocacy for equal access. Easter Seals Deaf & Hard of Hearing Services - specialized phones and ring signaling devices to individuals who are Deaf and hard of hearing. This equipment is loaned to eligible individuals for as long as needed, at no charge. Easter Seals provides the training to help clients use the phones and equipment.
