Comprehensive Services Provided

• Nursing and medical social work support is available seven days a week, 24 hours a day
• Pain and symptom management in the home or inpatient units as appropriate
• Medical social services to assist families with financial, legal, or social resources as needed
• Counseling and emotional support for both patients and their family
• Spiritual support for patients and family members
• Nutritional guidance and physical, speech, and occupational therapies
• Provision of medical equipment, supplies and medications related to the terminal illness
• Trained volunteers, specially selected to provide respite, companionship, transportation, supportive visiting, homemaking, sharing of special talents, and bereavement support
