Become an Advocate for HospiceCare - it's easy to do!

Email our Community Liaison cathy.coates@ahss.org  and ask to be placed on our Advocacy Alert List. On occasion, you will receive an email from us asking you to contact your legislators on matters that concern hospice services in our local and state community. 

Another Easy Way to Show Your Support

Support hospice by purchasing a "hospice license plate" at your local tax collector's office when you renew! For every plate sold, $25.00 goes to fund significant end-of-life care programs and outreach.
