Holiday 2008
Community Support
HospiceCare is blessed by the support of the community throughout the year - but it is especially important during the holidays. The patients and families under hospice care at this time of year benefit from all of the gifts you, our community, bring.
Here are just a few of the "gifts" we have been able to share - thanks to you!
Open Arms
Each year our local community opens its arms to support the patients of Florida Hospital HospiceCare during the holidays. Donations of baked goods and holiday decorations bring a bright moment to our patients and their families dealing with the illness of loved ones. During these difficult times, it’s nice to know we are a part of such a great community!

For the ninth year, Bear Creek Residents assembled goodie platters for delivery. This year they exceeded their goal and packaged 205 platters of cookies for the patients and families under HospiceCare. These cookies will be delivered to hospice families and supporters during the holiday season.
