Florida Hospital HospiceCare, a division of the Florida Hospital System, is a not for profit, faith-based hospice dedicated to providing compassionate end of life care to individuals and families of all faiths throughout Volusia and Flagler counties. We are the only hospice in the two counties certified by The Joint Commission(JC).

You are never alone - HospiceCare is on-call 24 hours, 7 days a week to service the needs of our patients and their families, to answer your questions, listen, and help ease your concerns. No question is too small - no call unanswered.
Our administrative office is open Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
HospiceCare staff is always available at 1-800-404-1133. If calling after regular office hours and you reach the answering service, they will need your name, phone number, and details of your concern. A staff person will return your call as soon as possible.
