Anyone who has had hospice in their home caring for their loved ones will tell you how special hospice staff are.  We are blessed here at Florida Hospital HospiceCare to have amazing staff and volunteers who give of themselves everyday and we want to "brag" on some of our stars!

A Jam Session

Hospice staff Cindy Thornton RN, Connie Morrow, LPN and Cheryl Ronald-Vert RN/Case Manager, were invited to pick kumquats at the home of one of our patients.  The ladies picked, cooked and canned marmalade.  They delivered jars of the delicious marmalade back to the patient and their family to also enjoy.

Marathon Marriage!

Well ... they did it! Michelle Medina, LCSW and her husband completed their first half marathon (minus the military obstacles they had at Tough Mudder Florida) in 2hr 23 minutes.. The course in the Hammock Dunes area was absolutely beautiful.
