Judith Quayle, RN, CHPN, Director of Operations

Judi began her tenure with Florida Hospital HospiceCare in 2003 as a Case Manager and is responsible for the daily operations of the organization:  supervising employees in the home setting, inpatient units and administrative offices.

Patricia A. Goodwin, ACSW, LCSW, Psychosocial Coordinator

Patricia relocated from Pennsylvania and has 30 years of experience in various health care settings with emphasis on end-of-life care, medical ethics and service excellence.

Chaplain Dale A. Wolcott, D.Min., Chaplain for Flagler County

Chaplain Wolcott joined HospiceCare in 2006 after 35 years of parish ministry in Seventh-day Adventist congregations from California to Michigan.

Margaret Ann (Peggy) Smith, RN, BSN, Inpatient Coordinator, HospiceCare at Oceanside

With Florida Hospital HospiceCare since November 2006, Peggy is in charge of the Oceanside Inpatient Unit.

Jo Ellen Ripka, RN, Inpatient Coordinator, Stuart F. Meyer Hospice House

Joining us from Pennsylvania, Jo Ellen comes to HospiceCare with many years of hospice experience.

Raeann Cade, Coordinator of Volunteer Services

Joining our staff in 2008, Raeanne comes to us with a wealth of experience in volunteer management.  At Loma Linda University Medical Center in California, she managed almost 1800 volunteers and is experienced in creating and coordinating progams and services that will benefit hospice patients and their families.

Darlene Kimble, RN, CHPN, Clinical Coordinator Team A

With 13 years hospice experience, Darlene acts as coordinator of patient care working closely with the HospiceCare team to ensure that patients’ goals of physical, emotional and spiritual comfort are being met.

Lorraine Smith, RN, CHPN, Clinical Coordinator for Team B

Lorraine has been in nursing for over 30 years and has been a hospice nurse for over 10 years and now serves as the Clinical Coordinator for Team B and liaison between the primary physician and the hospice staff.

Donna MacLeod, RN, MSN, Performance Improvement Coordinator

As PI Coordinator, Donna oversees orientation, staff education, and HospiceCare Quality Assurance. Her books on parish bereavement ministry are forthcoming (Ave Maria Press 2007).
