The Stuart F. Meyer Hospice House

Built through the strong community committment present in Flagler County, the Stuart F. Meyer Hospice House (SFMHH) opened in April of 2007. The facility houses 8 private rooms and provides a "homelike" atmosphere for the patients and their families.
